All cancellations, made up to 15 days prior of your charter, will
receive a full refund of all deposits. Emergency situations will always
be taken into consideration. Deposits may be reapplied to a future
date if desired.
Cancellations, due to poor or extreme weather conditions, are at the
sole discretion of the captain with a full refund of deposit. Deposits
may be applied to future dates if desired.

What to Bring 
Sunscreen, a hat, and cool cotton clothing is recommended for any
charters during the Summer months. Soft soled shoes such as sneakers
or Teva style sandals are also recommended.
Fall, Winter, and Spring charters require several layers of insulated
clothing. This includes a warm ski style hat to cover the ears, a
warm set of footwear such as a pack style, lined boot, and several
pairs of gloves.
A quality set of rain gear is a must on all charters!
A valid New York State fishing license is required and can be purchased
at several local stores.
A lunch, snacks and beverages (a FEW cans of beer are okay, absolutely
no hard liquor) should be packed in a small cooler
RIVERMASTER CHARTERS OBSERVES A STRICT ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY. ANY
ILLEGAL DRUGS DISCOVERED ON BOARD WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TURNED OVER
TO THE U.S. COAST GUARD AND THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES WILL BE NOTIFIED.
